Bed Bugs

Bed bugs are actually insects in a rough shape with a length of 4mm to 5mm. They are tarnish-brown in color and hide in narrow cracks and crevices. The shelter of bed bugs is in dark locations, under mattresses, floorboards, carpets and paintings. When the bed bugs bit on one part of body, it reacts on shoulders and arms. The skin reactions of bed bugs are commonly related to bed bugs. A careful inspection must be undertaken in the infested adjoining rooms. The synthetic chemicals are used in Australia to control the infection by the biting of bed bugs on body and skin.

Scientifically, bed bugs are known as Cimex lectularius. Bed bugs are a major problem, which was discovered in Europe and during the time of Aristotle in Greece. Every person has its own story about bed bug and most stories are bad. Bed begs have wingless body, and the color of that body is brownish. Bed bugs are tough and resilient pest, reviled by most who has encountered them. Bed bugs are tidy creatures that decide to move when the target slightest knows it. They often become aggressive when a person is fast asleep and unaware of their quiet attack.

The length of adult bed bug is up to 3/8 inch, when bed bug is unfed. Its size will increase noticeably, after an energetic meal. A hungry bed bug looks very different as compared to well fed bed bug. Young bed bugs or nymphs almost look like adult bugs, but nymphs have yellowish color after molting. Nymph can build up into a fully grown bed bug in one month, depending on how much it is capable to eat. We can say that nymph can only develop into a complete adult quickly, when it is able to eat, depending on eatable things. Bed bugs create a serious problem when they become hungry for blood. In this way, bed bugs start walkout from their homes. They characteristically stay in their homes in between food, and are only enforced to go out when they get starved. Bed bugs gnaw and suck blood from the skin of unsuspecting person with the help of their extremely developed mouthparts.
